If a reflector is listed here as unreachable but you know for certain it is online, ask the reflector operator to check that they are not blocking the callsigns RFCKRD0 and/or W0CHP, or the RefCheck source IP 74.208.60.144. DMR reflector operators should also ensure that DMR ID 3170603 is permitted to connect. We've found some reflector operators unknowingly (or knowingly) block RefCheck's probes -- which only does a disservice to the DV ham community by hiding real outage data.
Be aware that blocking the RefCheck service carries a real consequence: reflectors that are considered unreachable by RefCheck are not published in popular digital voice software until they become reachable again. Operators who block RefCheck risk their reflector going unannounced to the broader DV community.
